When my wife and I first moved to Wichita from Baltimore, we rented from an apartment that turned out to be a nightmare. Looking for somewhere else to live, we found Quarters at Cambridge. Wow, first class all the way!!! Excellent management team, also maintenance.
They are always on top of everything. Amenities galore. Plus BBQ cookout with live music in summer and holiday party in community center. In the springtime, they give out plants to each unit.
We are now retired, and this is where we will spend our golden years.
